Carr was chosen to put together pre-employment hiring practices, selection criteria and a robust assessment and selection system that would allow them to continue to hire the best and the brightest (one of the things they attribute their growth to) while maintaining a successful corporate
culture that keeps the best and brightest happy and engaged.
SOLUTION
Carr designed a comprehensive, company-wide, self-learning program that (a) incorporates new job-specific criteria, (b) provides consistent, timely online pre-employment assessment for multiple locations at all levels of sales and management, and (c) catalogs and stores the data about both hires and non-hires. As well, this solution was designed to allow for real-time pre- and post-employment research that in turn creates an ever-improving process.
In addition, our client’s culture was strengthened, in part, by being
inclusive and sharing this solution at the branch level.
OUTCOME
Pre-employment assessment has now developed into an extremely
accurate online system with information flowing confidentially and
efficiently between decision makers. The 24/7, self-learning aspect
has enabled the right questions to be included in interviews and
decision making to be shared across the organization.
