In addition, an in-depth behavioral interview is conducted to probe any areas of concern. During this process the candidate receives feedback on all of the tests completed and resolves any questions regarding the data.
This test is always conducted in-person, with the applicant coming to Kansas City or a Carr representative traveling to the candidate’s location.
