In place of utilizing the same standardized test over and over again, every candidate/employee is given an assessment custom developed by one of Carr’s staff industrial psychologists. We find that standardized testing alone is of little use. In fact, it can be highly damaging. Misinformation is worse than no information.
No candidate/employee will ever be given a single test to determine job fit. Even at our fundamental screening level, multiple testing methodologies are employed. This results in a significantly deeper understanding of each candidate/employee.
Carr delivers an easy-to-understand narrative report, complete with a post-assessment recommendation. You only find information that is relevant to the job in the report, reducing the risk for misuse of information.
