A positive benefit to gather individual assessment data is the ability to use these data to help clients improve Group and Team processes. Our programs are designed to optimally prepare leaders as well as provide Executive Teams and Board Members specific information to create successful future leadership scenarios. We custom design one of the most sophisticated and accurate assessment processes in the world, and then we employ only licensed psychologists to perform our group and team improvement initiatives. We custom design every improvement program (without a customized cost). Some noted projects completed by our Carr consultants include:

  • Combine a new CEO’s assessment with those of the team to determine areas of value similarity, identify potential blind spots that could lead to a “group think” mentality, provide team members an overview concerning how the leader would evaluate performance, and provide the leader a primer to help better (and individually) manage each team member.
  • Create an assessment and reporting process that corresponded to the specific key learning objectives of a sales improvement program, delivered to sales teams, and designed to maximize the individual talents of each sales person.
  • Work with a computer-based customer service team that was moving to a Windows-based environment. Assessment, reporting and feedback processes were used to define the new change, determine how individuals would handle the change, identify team leaders for various aspects of the change initiative, and create a performance improvement measurement strategy to insure future success and acceptance of defined changes.

Once you have provided personal insight into performance and behavior, individual data can be combined into group data for the purpose of building teams, creating change, and/or working through particularly difficult projects.
