Beyond assessment, Carr prides itself on a comprehensive program organizations can use to further the personal development of key individuals. Our developmental insights begin with assessment, predict behavior based upon the data and then project the impact of these behaviors in the workplace. The results allow these individuals to look in a “behavioral mirror,” isolate areas which need improvement, and then deal with key issues through personal coaching or self-study.
